peel away the layers built up over time leading to many of today’s ailments.

Integrative Health

Integrative health therapies is an approach to care that puts the person at the center and addresses the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and environmental influences that affect a person’s health. It combines the best of both ancient and modern natural therapies in an individualized therapy plan.In integrated natural therapy, each client is a sole individual, and we perceive sickness as a manifestation of imbalance in each individual. We are looking at not only physical and emotional symptoms but how each person is connected to their environment, as well as their brain and mind wellbeing. These constituents have a great impact on balance, and overall health & wellness. Integrative Natural therapies can strengthen the immune system, decrease toxicity, reduce inflammation, optimize metabolism, enhance regeneration, and harmonize with your life force.

Pain Management

Natural pain management is based on the science that the nervous system is the master control of the entire human body and the art of aromatherapy, remedial massage, Gua Sha, ERGON technique, and bodywork enable people to regain their abundant health potential. Our body inborn intelligence to heal itself and does so primarily through the nervous system and its huge tissue-organ connections.By ensuring the muscles, joints, and connective tissues and the nervous system’s functions to heal and optimize the whole-body pain-free transition. The major cause of problems like neck or lower back pain, migraines, sciatica, constipation, numbness, and tingling of the hands and feet are addressed at their core.

Neuroactive Exercise

Neuroactive Exercise and therapeutic exercises incorporate rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health promotion. It applies the integrative approach to each session, looking at the clients’ lifestyle and engaging them in their own therapy. Neuroactive Exercise focuses on the science of the nervous system in movement helping individuals to restore, maintain, and maximize physical strength, function, movement, and overall wellbeing by addressing the underlying physical issues.Neuroactive Exercise is recommended in each exercise or rehabilitation session of a broad range of conditions. Each session formed managing chronic, multifactorial conditions such as jaw or TMJ pain, headaches, muscle weakness, posture and sports injuries or post-surgery.

Nutrition Solutions

Integrating various perspectives of wellness such as nutrition, exercise, positive mindset, relaxation, and detoxification. Revealing the root cause of a person’s symptoms. Viewing the body, addressing physiological imbalances and environmental triggers is essential to achieving optimal health and harmony.Applying a integrative natural approach to address a range of health issues including weight management, detoxification, irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut, autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and food allergies or intolerances.Setting sensible goals and supporting guidance throughout your journey to healing and wellness. Offering customized one-on-one nutrition mentoring.

Brain-Body Wellness

There is a definite connection between the brain, mind and the body. When we are working on an individuals’ development, it’s essential that we approach their physical and mental wellness needs. It is no wonder that our physical wellness affects our emotions and when we are not feeling well mentally this affects us physically. Consequently, our brain, mindset, attitude, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, our emotional state; they all directly affect our physical wellness and vice versa.Having an integrative view is critical for our whole wellbeing and takes into account all components of our life: our physical body, our brain functions, our emotional wellbeing, our mental wellness, cognition, and spiritual being. This also goes to show how important things like nutrition are for both our physical and mental wellness. This brain-body and integrative view means taking care of all aspects of our life and making good healthy decisions from a well-rounded perspective.

Programs

Our health and wellness programs are science-based, evidence-backed, delivered in an intelligible and practical format. You will learn everything you need to apply instantly in real-life situations, promoting powerful transformations that help you change your health from the inside out!

Sessions

The presenting complaint is usually addressed first during your initial consultation. You will be asked questions regarding your lifestyle, when the condition began, what triggers the symptoms, and your doctor's diagnostic reports.Your therapist will focus on every aspect of your body, from your respiratory tract to your musculoskeletal system to your bowel health. Health history will be taken into account, including operations, hospitalizations, and your family's health history. We will also consider your energy level, sleep quality, and emotional state.Following the consultation, you'll be given tailor-made instructions to follow regarding diet, lifestyle, and herbal or aromatherapy blends. When you haven't had a session with us in awhile, we'd like to hear from you. We'd like to request updates by email, especially if you aren't doing as well as expected.

Classes

During a group class, your therapist will verbally guide you through a sequence of gentle, physical movements alternated with periods of rest. Most classes are performed while lying on a soft floor mat; others are performed while sitting, standing, or moving from one spot to another. Our classes are carefully designed to reveal something new and fascinating about yourself and to help you become more self-aware and learn more choices.A private class resembles a group class except that it is tailored to your individual needs and that you are taught visually as well as verbally. Your therapist will listen to your interests and concerns, and work with you to define specific goals. You might also be instructed in realistic “real life” settings that involve walking, swimming, gardening, and lifting weights, for example. The possibilities are endless. Both classes usually last 45 to 60 minutes. They may be shorter or longer. The clothing should be soft, loose fitting, comfortable, and allow you to move freely. You don’t need any special gear for our classes.

Workshops

Our seminars and workshops provide a supportive and motivational environment for those interested in exploring wellness and health from a holistic point of view.As a result of our workshops, participants will gain insight into their current lifestyle and potential health risks. By gaining the necessary skills and knowledge, and by actively encouraging them to achieve their goal of a healthy lifestyle, they will reduce health-related risks and illnesses. We offer a variety of interactive wellbeing workshops that can be delivered virtually or onsite at Nook, One JLT or your venue, making them a perfect fit for anyone.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my session last?
You can expect your first session to last 90 minutes in most cases. After that, you and the therapist can set an expectation for future dates. Typically, sessions are usually 90 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
What can I expect at my first session?
As with any health and wellness-related session, there are forms needed before you can get started. Please complete and send the Consultation Forms which will be sent to you via email after calling and emailing our therapist for a session HERE.
If you filled the forms before your session, they would speed the check-in process and help us offer you as much session time as possible. Your initial visit will consist of a private meeting with your therapist. In this initial meeting, to gain a more specific understanding of your condition, your therapist will perform a thorough evaluation, including history, associated health issues, postural assessment, neurological screening, range of motion and strength measurements, neurological assessment and other special tests, palpation, and gait analysis, if applicable. Your therapist will use the information obtained from your evaluation to formulate a therapy plan. A rehabilitation program will be developed with our therapist based upon the problems identified and your personal goals. Your first session may be an evaluation only, or, we may have time for therapy also, depending on your specific case.
What is the therapy like?
Therapy will consist of hands-on sessions, exercises and instruction in a home program, biomechanical and postural evaluation and re-education, ergonomic analysis, and functional training in sport, work, or home-related tasks, as well as other techniques to help address your symptoms (health and wellness training, nutrition coaching, herbal preparations, self-help bodywork…etc.)
Our intervention sessions include coordination among all people involved in your care (our therapist, and other health care professionals, family, or caregivers as needed), communication to ensure a good exchange of information, thorough documentation of the care and services provided, and instruction to you and others involved in your care. Your therapist will perform a meticulous examination/evaluation, quantifying and qualifying deficits and the problems you are presented with, to uncover the primary source of your symptoms (it may not be where you experience your symptoms) - this is our specialty.
Are the therapy rooms private?
All sessions are arranged in private rooms with doors, not in a large gym with simple curtained-off sections.
What should I wear?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Sneakers are recommended, but most likely, we will have you remove your shoes. Try to wear clothing that will allow easy access to the problem area (for example, clients with hip, knee, ankle, or foot injury should wear wide-legged, loose garments, if possible). Jeans and belts are the most difficult to work through. You are free to change into comfortable clothing in the restroom or one of our therapy rooms before and after your session.
How do I book a session?
Call and email our therapist for a session HERE. We will get all the necessary information from you and assist you with scheduling a session. To expedite your admission, a copy of our Consultation Forms will be sent via email. Please fill this document, filling it out before your first session. This will greatly minimize any delays in your therapy session that might be related to incomplete or inaccurate, personal, or billing information.
What should I bring with me?
For your first visit, you will need your valid ID, and any test results that you have (MRI, CT, X-ray, operative, medical, laboratory, or other reports) that may help us understand your symptoms and help us develop your therapy plan.
Please bring these with you, as not doing so may delay therapy.
What is my responsibility in this therapy?
Each client is ultimately responsible for their success in their health and wellness program. Your therapist cannot do it without you! We can provide you with the tools to recover or improve, but we ask that all clients come with a cooperative and eager spirit to follow through with their home exercise, therapy programs, and instructions so that we can help you reach your goals.
Your recovery is greatly dependent upon your compliance with your therapy and program.
PLEASE HELP US TO HELP YOU.
Can a family member be present during the therapy evaluation and therapy session to listen and to help ask questions?
Clients are welcome to bring a family member to their therapy sessions to assist with providing history information and to ask questions. It is the client’s prerogative to include someone in their session for this purpose.
Mothers with small children are asked to determine if their care plan would be compromised or if it would be unsafe if children were in the room during therapy. Knowing the responsibilities and distractions of childcare and office safety, we encourage women to secure childcare for their sessions.
We do not provide childcare during your sessions, and for your child’s safety, children must be supervised.
What happens if I need to cancel or change a session?
The Pain Manager's policy is that if you are unable to attend a scheduled session that you give us notice before 48-hours so that the session time can be made available to another client.
Clients who do not cancel sessions before 48-hour notice are subject to our nonrefundable fees, which is the cash value of your session booking. Sessions at The Pain Manager are often booked far in advance, and we maintain a waiting list, but we have reserved that time for you. Missed sessions may also become part of your client’s record. Multiple missed visits may result in discharge from care, with a note to The Pain Manager.
If you do not show up for a scheduled session, you will be subjected to our nonrefundable fees as well as risk losing future scheduled sessions. Our goals are to provide one-on-one care and see each client improve in the least number of therapy sessions, and to that end, we reserve long sessions for our clients. These are sessions that many people wait on a waiting list for, and we need at least 48 hours’ notice in advance to make our services available to waiting clients.
Where are you located?
Our practice is tucked in the inside U184 - Nook - 2nd Floor - One JLT, Dubai, UAE. so there are no big outside signs.
Look for our location details HERE.

What Our Clients Say

I am pleased to recommend Dr. Hanadie B. Mustafa as a health and wellness leader. I am confident that she would be a great addition to your life, especially with her compassion and excellence in achieving results.
Dr. Hanadie has a positive attitude at work, and it spreads. Her clients love working with her because she is so dedicated to helping them reach their health goals. Her positivity is contagious and adds to a better tone for our wellness center.
Dr. Hanadie is also incredibly knowledgeable, merged the science with natural ancient therapies. Her clients have excellent results because she knows how to create plans that cater to their unique lifestyles. She understands people and their needs, and this is a great characteristic for somebody who inspires others to chase a healthier lifestyle.

Dr. Kassem Alhayjani
Dentist, Specialist Oral Surgeon

I know Dr. Hanadie since 2011 she first was my patient and I followed her on her health empowering journey. I saw how she followed her dream by taking multiple qualifications and training to help people with their pain healing journey, until a day where I became her patient. She helped me when I experienced pregnancy difficulties. Dr. Hanadie came to my home and treated me several times until my pain was gone and I was able to eat, walk, and smile again; and mainly to enjoy my so desired pregnancy.
Dr. Hanadie was there on my delivery day and made it super quick and supported me until the end. I cannot recommend her enough.

Mrs. Hafsa Sliman
Physiotherapist, Women's Health Specialist

I have had a great experience with Dr. Hanadie for her immense support and friendliness she has made me come a long way and reach staggering heights. 4 years ago, at the age of 10 I was diagnosed with Leukaemia, along with my major and ongoing medical treatment my parents wanted me to try some natural healing remedies to treat some of the problems I was facing throughout my battle which included weakness in the body, fatigue and depression. This is where Hanadie came in with her proficiency she was able to soothe me with her tremendously vast collection of aromatherapy blends for every occasion and skills in Ancient Acupressure Techniques, she was also able to cure and nurture a healthy lifestyle within me and my family with her great knowledge of nutrition which includes healthy juices and smoothies. She has been an incredibly important person in my journey of recovery and her work has made a remarkable impact on me

Miss H. Moizuddin
Student, Cancer Survival

I have had the pleasure of knowing Hanadie B. Mustafa since 2015. She tutored me for the Acupressure self-help course where I gained a valuable Insight into Japanese acupressure. She has been an advisor to me and my family on issues related to health and wellbeing and introduced me to the various benefits of using essential oils.
She has a vast wealth of knowledge on alternative therapy and healthy living and lifestyle. Her passion and enthusiasm for health and wellbeing is apparent in all her work and in her personal life. She has an abundance of knowledge which allows her to advise and help people wherever possible.
In her capacity as a rehabilitation trainer and nutrition adviser she advocates healthy eating and promotes exercise. Her passion in this industry has led her to work in REHAB and enhance the lives of her clients.
Dr. Hanadie is an active seeker of knowledge and a student for life! I am extremely fortunate that she not only is a tutor and advisor to me but also a very dear friend.

Mrs. U. Khan
Legal Lawyer

Dr. Hanadie has a good insight and understanding for her client’s requirements. This was apparent when she patiently listened to us; she recalls our earlier discussed scenarios correlating with the present situation.
She works with a mind, body and soul approach quite surprisingly is non-existent in today’s times. I had a body metabolism issue which she got to explain on the first day of our meeting. She curated the requirement as per my body and helped me understand my body needs. I had a better approach to my body which has helped me to avoid the unsuitable diet for me.
She explained in my sessions with a wide variety of integrative approach which was interesting and informative. The right diet, managing stress, emotions is something appreciated by a integrative practitioner. My family and I grateful to Dr. Hanadie for the transformation she brought to our health.”

Mr. M. Mansoor
Biologist, Clinical Site Manager

“I came to Dr. Hanadie 2021 with severe hip pain. I have had this pain since 2018, diagnosed as chronic hip tendinitis. I have followed natural remedies to manage this pain as per the treating doctor advice, ranging from physiotherapy to yoga postures, acupuncture, but pain was still the same. I was put on strong painkillers and I could not sleep without those pills. The doctor then proposed that I undergo an ultrasound guided steroid injection, which I did in summer 2020. Yet pain was still there.
In early 2021, I caught Covid and was bedridden at home which caused my hip pain to worsen. I sought the help and guidance of Dr. Hanadie. She accompanied step by step into regaining the strength of my body. I can say that she taught how to befriend my body, to listen to my body and to re-educate it to navigate itself.
The pain management protocol was integrative and natural; mobility exercises, nourishing diet, aromatherapy, and Acupressure sessions. With all this, I can say that I am on the path of regaining a good quality of life I have not known since years.
Dr. Hanadie is a helping hand and a practitioner to my family too. My 11- year young daughter had an injury in her coccyx lately and we used her expertise in managing the pain. Dr. Hanadie is a blessing to have in one’s life.
